CHCA – General Meeting Announcement

Next Meeting January 21, 2026, 7pm

Dear Members,

The next General Meeting of the CHCA will be on Wednesday, January 21st, 7 pm at the Harborfields Public Library Small Meeting Room. The agenda will include:

• Pledge of Allegiance
• Student Ambassador Report
• Treasury Report
• Chalet Update
• Mill Pond Walk Update

Guest Speaker – Stephanie Bontempi, Suffolk County Legislator, will be bringing us all up to date on what’s going on in Suffolk County, and what’s in store for the future. Bring any questions you may have.

Guest Speaker – Christopher Lau, the new TOH Director of Public Safety will be providing us with a refresher on the responsibilities of the Public Safety Dept. and how they differ from those of the police. There will be an update on contacts and numbers to call .
